Services available to the Manufacturing and Engineering Departments:

Materials and processes Includes:

CIRCUIT BOARDS: Conformal coating, component bonding, mechanical and chemical salvaging of boards and components.

THERMOSET PLASTICS such as EPOXY CASTING AND LAMINATING COMPOUNDS, ADHESIVES, COATINGS, and RESINS as used to make parts and molds; for joining and fastening in lieu of using hardware; potting and encapsulating, automated molding.

SYNTHETIC and NATURAL RUBBER: SEALANTS, CASTING COMPOUNDS. ADHESIVES and COATING such as SILICONE, POLYSULPHIDE, URETHANE, NITRILE, NEOPRENE.

FOAMS: (castable and Sheet Stocks). Polyurethane, silicone, epoxy for applications described above and including Packaging.

THERMOPLASTICS: Sheet stock, adhesives, foam and coatings. Such as: (Vinyl) PVC. PVA, Acrylics, ABS, Cellulosics, acetate, polyolefins, polycarbonates as used in : thermoforming, injection and compression molding, adhesive bonding and coating.

SOLDERING MATERIALS : Fluxes, Bar and Cored Solder, Cleaning Solvents & Deoxidizers, Automatic Soldering Equipment, Masking Compounds, Circuit Board Coatings.

CHEMICALS: Cleaning solvents, strippers & Decapsulants, Plating Solutions & Metal finishing coatings.

POLLUTION CONTROLS: Complete Studies of in House Processes which contribute to Water and Air Pollution. Recommendations and & Plans submitted to Environmental Control Agencies for Issuance of Permits needed.

Mr. Morena is knowledgeable in state-of-the-art, cost-effective molding of composite materials and the use of preforms for various vacuum assisted molding techniques such as: RLI (Resin Liquid Infusion); RFI (Resin Film Infusion [a technology described in his book]); VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding); CRTM (Continuous Resin Transfer Molding [also used in the continuous pultrusion process]); RARTM (Rubber Assisted Resin Transfer Molding [thermal expansion of trapped rubber within the closed injection mold cavity]); UVRTM (Ultraviolet energy cured Resin Transfer Molding); SCRIMP (Seeman Composites Company Resin Injection Molding Process [a patented and licensable resin injection molding process]); ARTM (Advanced Resin Transfer Molding [used in the manufacture of advanced composite jet aircraft components and structures]); VIP (Vacuum Infusion Process), and VIMP (Variable Infusion Molding Process).
