EZ-SprayTM
Machine
 The
spray gun is a dual-plunger dispenser that holds two 750 ml
material cartridges (750 ml Part A + 750 ml Part B), totaling
1500 ml of material (3.75 lbs. /1.7 kgs.).
A static mixing tube is attached
to a disposable material cartridge, and Parts A + B are pumped
from the material cartridge through the mixing tube. Mixed
material is forced through a spray tip where it is met by
pressurized air and projected forward onto a model.
Controlling Material Delivered... Adjusting the plunger
control knob will vary the amount of the material forced through
the cartridge. Spray pattern can be altered by adjusting
the air volume control lever.
What
Powers The Gun?
End user provides an air compressor with a minimum rating of
90 psi at 5 CFM. It is important that the air line be dry,
and an air line desiccant is recommended.

introducing a new spray silicone rubber, a spray coating for
Styrofoam and a spray foam. We've improved our
EZ~SprayTM Plastic "mother mold/support shell"
formulation (less exotherm resulting in lower shrinkage and
higher impact resistance).
